Called in to get a mirror for a customers tv that has a broken mirror and WOW!! this guy was rude and arrogant at the same time I gave him the dimensions that we needed and he said they had what we needed in stock and at some point it just went south without warning! Maybe he gets so much business that he doesn't need our couple of hundred bucks but he should take some classes on social behavior or something
he seemed angry and somewhat anti social.
I must advise against doing business with this place very SCARY guy. PS After calling to let him know that i left him an online review his response was and I qoute "I dont give a F@#K"

broke my blinds and lied on receipt!!

I can not believe the horrible customer service and rudeness of this company if I could give him a negative star I would.He broke my blinds then refused to give me a discount then lied on my receipt and said I shorted him 4.98 which it was only .98 cents cause I expected to be reimbursed. Then I guess he was mad cause I asked him where does it say in your policy on my receipt that you don't refund items you break? Add he left he said I hope he breaks your window again trust me I held all I could to not entertain him and just I hope nothing happens to you, you reap what you sow. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Felton was incredibly rude, short and impatient. A 3rd party set up the meeting and I only new of his arrival about 10 or 15 min before he arrived. It takes me about 20 minutes to get there. Mr. Felton REFUSED to wait 5 minutes or lift a finger even though he had already recieved a $107 down payment and my tenant was willing to pay the difference if he would only wait for her to find her checkbook. As she was looking for her checkbook, he told her "You have 2 minutes!" also in a extremely rude manner and then left as she was looking. I cannot recommend this company for anyone to do anything. I suppose it's like someone with 75% approval on ebay or amazon, your experience may be great, but there's a very good chance that you'll just lose your money. I rolled the dice with Felton and lost.
