Services were fair until they destroyed an expensive sweater I purchased at J. Crew. Refused to honor my word after being a very loyal customer. In my opinion, they do fine until they make an error of damaging your items and then they do not like to pay. If you invest monies into your clothing, I advise you not to take your items here They will destroy them, blame you and want to give you pennies for your merchandise. I spoke with Owner's daughter and reference payment and then I will take my business elsewhere. She stated "she didn't care" and offered me $10.00. This was a slap in the face after all the business I've done with them. Will take to court.
