The comments and accusations made by Mr. Warbington in this review are totally untrue and inaccurate. It's true that he was waved through by the flagman for R. J. Haynie & Associates, Inc.,but for some unknow reason he choose to pull between the barrels and into the construction zone, in the lane that was being blocked, and directly in front of our backhoe. Unfortunately, our backhoe was unable to stop and hit him. Apparently, Mr. Warbington was attempting to pass the vehicles in front of him by illegally using the closed lane which was being graded. We have pictures clearly showing Mr. Warbington' truck in the construction zone, past the barrels indicating the lane closure. In addition, there were numerous witnesses to the incident, (including inspectors with the Georgia Department of Transportation) that stated Mr. Warbington was at fault in the matter. Also, noteworthy, is the fact that Mr. Warbington was cited by the Winder Police Department for "Driving In Safety Zone," Accident Number 11-019611. And finally it should be noted that both insurance companies of the parties involved have found Mr. Warbington to be at fault in the accident. It is unfortunate Mr. Warbington has been able to make untruthful and inaccurate comments regarding R. J. Haynie & Associates, Inc. We pride ourselves in the safety of our work sites and our courteous response to the public. The accusations and lies told by Mr. Warbington should not be allowed to reflect upon the reputation of R. J. Haynie & Associates, Inc.
