Whatever you do don't take them at their word about the condition of a truck. I made that mistake and it cost me over $600.00 to see their LIES. I bid on and won a truck from them that was advertised like new condition. But before I booked a plane ticket to go pick it up I talked with Jonathan over the phone a couple of times. I repeatedly ask him about the condition of the truck. Any leaks, any issues at all? He said NO it's like new. So I spent $300.00 for a airplane ticket and fly from Michigan to Georgia to pick the truck up. Jonathan picked me up from the airport and we go to the truck sales office. The truck was NOT there it was at a repair shop down the street. Jonathan leaves to go get the truck. He stayed gone about a half hour then comes back to get me because he needs someone to drive the truck back. We get to the shop and from a distance the truck looks good, but as I get closer I see the hood has a big break in it. I also notice paint peeling and chrome peeling off. I drive the truck back to his office on the way it had a bad rattle in the frontend. As I pulled into the shop I was smelling antifreeze burning. I opened the hood and the truck is leaking antifreeze I also noticed the rear cover was leaking oil. I pointed all that out to him and told him NO WAY was I buying this truck. He responded with it must have just started doing that and we can fix it. Long story short I rented a car and drove back to Michigan. So I'm out 300.00 for a plane ticket and 269.00 plus gas for a car rental. All because they can't be honest about the condition of their trucks. I would recommend anyone at looking to buy from them to check with Ryder truck rentals sales first. After all that's where the majority of their trucks come from, I seen the rental stickers numbers still on the headlights.
