About a month ago, one day our garbage container had not been emptied on the regular day yet had been before. So odd that for the first 2 weeks we lived here it had been but the third week not at all. In simply calling to let them know and see if I could find out what happened, all craziness broke loose at this company. On top of the container smelling so bad as it went 2 weeks then before being emptied. We were told that we had large items by the person on the phone who claimed to be a mgr. but we didn't have large items. The driver didn't even say that we did and we would have no way to carry them as we are two women and one is older. Our container only sits about 6 inches from the row as to when now I pull it the 6 inches to make sure the driver sees the container, which is so weird because he would have seen it the one day. As it always sits so close to the row but I guess if you don't pull it closer, the driver must have decided to just leave it. Really terrible! No wonder they didn't want to tell me what the drivers explanation was lol. Poorly run business!
