She was nice at the beginning, but as soon as she takes our lawyer fee, she became always annoyed by me asking questions, don't give answer to questions I ask (rather say something else...about 80% I had to ask again). When I asked her question regarding required documents, she just said look at the paper she gave me. Then I asked her I am not sure which are the ones, and she got annoyed and said just look at the ones that I checked. There couple criteria that had ? mark, so I did not include and turned out I did need which took extra days to get those documents later. Also she asked me to send her items through email. But she never checks, and I actually sent her item with a question saying if I sent her all the items required. She did not say anything, which I believed I sent all items. Later she told me I need a physical copy of the original document which I could get in past weekend and because she procrastinates and doesn't do her work, I have to wait for another week!
