When you pay $20 for a wash, I think it's reasonable to expect that my dash dashboard and center console be cleaned. however when I mentioned it to the owner he suggested I should pay more money to have it done. how ridiculous is that? respectfully I wouldn't have them wash my dog.

I have been a long time customer of this place. I am very meticulous with my car. I know every inch of it. Today, they put a fist sized dent in my car. The dent was not there when I got to the car wash as I had walked around and given it a visual inspection before sitting down (as I always do). I brought this to the attention of the manager. I was not expecting them to pay for repairs or do anything about it, I merely wanted to show them what they did to my car. The manager called me a liar and told me to never come back again. He was extremely disrespectful. I just want to give you a heads up. This was always very nice to me. Today he was a jerk.



In summation, BEWARE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

You should think twice before going to this place. They are very rude. I had a full service car wash there for 2 of my cars. First of all, they did not do a good job but they are worst when it comes to customer service. They will steal your money.
