Their website states that they are compassionate and professional. Unfortunately we chose to use this facility a few weeks ago when a family member passed away. We were shocked by the lack of professionalism and confidentiality the staff members conducted themselves at the facility as well as in the general public. It was my understanding that clients put their trust into the hands of the Funeral Director and their staff. So this means confidential information about the deceased is not to be shared with the general public. Even if you or your family members share the news that a client has died and anounce it at church services; even though her immediate family has not told anyone yet, and she has family members sitting in your own congregation.
