Stay away... Their website claims "…Full Hookup, Full Service RV Resort ..." but that is a scam!!! Only the 10 long term residents have full hookups.

They created a new rock parking lot in the back they will direct you to. It has 1 dump station & water valve and 3 power poles around the lot. They will offer you extension cords, but that could be a 300’ run.

Brother-A is pretty nice on the phone. Brother-B (jerk) lives onsite & stood there arguing with my wife that he reviewed with his brother the "talking points" & do not make the full hookup claim. As a military veteran, I don’t expect the best but I expect honesty if I am buying a service. He could have just said he would review the website & talk to his brother. But if you’re asking $30/night & claiming you are a full service RV Resort... you don’t stand there arguing about a conversation you were not part of.

There are at least 7 other RV parks or campsites within 10 miles of this place & you don’t need the aggravation.
