John Russell Elementary School is a part of the Moscow School District, which governs multiple educational campuses and serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. Each school of the district has a team of counselors that works with students and parents to promote personal success by enhancing the development of academic and interpersonal skills and self-understanding.
