I made the mistake of taking my computer to VGH twice for repairs and both times they failed to fix the problem but still charge me $100+. The first time they charged me $100 to say they couldn't find anything wrong with it only to figure out myself that the ethernet port was bad. Then a year later with the same computer they said they made all of these updates only to get the computer home and it wouldn't even start. I had to trash it. I know Moscow doesn't offer much for computer repair but PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I did. They had such horrible customer service and it was just a rip off!
