Reviews seem to be written by the property managers and receptionists themselves. Receptionists are extremely rude. In the last phone call to the office, the receptionists referred to my roommates as "your fiasco." Additionally, last month I drove more than five hours, from Boise, to sign a property lease and they have no record of it.

I read these other negative reviews and find them laughable. I have lived in Moscow for over 6 years and I have rented from multiple Property management companies in the Moscow area. I can tell you these people writing negative things must be the people who do not follow the terms of the lease and who probably are disgruntled because they left their place trashed when they moved out. I am moving out of Moscow, but I can tell you my stay here has been nothing but pleasant. I never had any issues with maintenance requests, as I scheduled access during business hours not at night or on weekends. Do not let the negative comments fool you. I am happy that I had a nice experience.

I've been pretty happy with the work that has been done with me in finding a property. Only reason I am not doing five stars is because I think they need to pick up some more 'high end' properties (more houses, or newer apartments), some of the units are just too old and I think they could do well managing newer properties. Staff has been timely with getting back to me, and I have been pleased with the information provided. I was surprised that they even called me back after leaving a voicemail, a couple other places in town haven't gotten back to me after leaving several voicemails, so points to you all for actually listening to those and not deleting them.
