The worst service ever! I was quoted 300% less than it really cost, exact same work too. Quoted $65.85 but they wanted $600+. How do you quote that far off!? If they cannot quote properly how do I know the proper or correct work is getting done? I wrote a review (they asked for by email) on their site but magically it is not, nor was it ever posted. THE WORST DEALERSHIP ever. Looking for another truck & that'd be the last place in hell I'd go to if that's how service is ran.

Will never buy another used vehicle from these jokers again. The Bud Clary dealer in Longview Washington took very good care of me when I bought my car from them. But the Moses Lake dealer sold me an SUV that I discovered some issues with a few weeks after bringing it home and now they are trying to play games with me when I think that they need to fix the issues.

Horrible!!! I would give this place less than 1 star if possible! Inferior work done was done on my truck at the dealership Bud Clary of Moses Lake... They completely misdiagnosed and charged me $1258.... that DIDN'T fix the problem! I luckily, was able to limp to Windy Chevy of Ellensburg where Matt Ellinger correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem! These people are AWESOME and Eric Atkins followed up with a phone call asking if I made it home safe and was happy with my service. I can't get the Service Manager Greg Michels from Moses Lake to return my calls!

Whatever you do DONT have a car/truck problem in Moses Lake!
