Would never take a vehicle to this dealership again to have it serviced. I took my car in to have the oil changed and when I went to pick it up was told I had a fog light out, the lady in the service department quoted me $154 to fix a fog light. I told her I would do it myself and when I got home to change the fog light someone had cut the wire at the base of the lamp holder. Was told by this woman and the service department manager that an animal must’ve chewed the wire or something cut it, when I got to the dealership that morning and dropped it off all the lights were working. The only place I ever take my vehicle now is to town Ford over in Wenatchee or Corwin ford over in Pasco to have any service work done on it, those two dealerships are amazing and all the service reps are very friendly and professional.
