He groomed my problem cat with patience and was so gentle and caring. (Every time, for many years.) Same gentle, patient care with my excitable Alaskan Malamute. Tom is a sweet man, a genuine animal lover with many years grooming experience.

Horrible experience. Started to drag my dog to the back room by his leash. I offered assistance to get him to the groomers table. Then he tried to yank my dog (40 lbs worth) by his harness up on to the table. My dog slipped out of his harness and flipped backwards and smacked his head on the floor. Then Tom got made at me and said I did not put the harness on tight enough. I told him you do not use a harness to yank a dog off the ground. He screamed at me and said I knew nothing about handling dogs. he also said something was wrong with ME. This guy is crazy. Point blank. He appears to have no regard for the animal or the customer. I left with my dog quickly after he posed as if he wanted to fight.
