Looking for a general contractor? Look elsewhere! This company lacks communication skills, integrity, and honesty. Our builder died during the process, the widow knew and requested this companies assistance. Here is a brief summary. We were told after installation of electrical we had gone over the bid, we were over $2,000+. Even though our contract stated that we had to sign off for overages before the work was done. They chose to take it out of the savings we made on our HVAC system. They never responded to text or emails about bids for plumbing fixtures or tile. They verbally told us we were in budget. We requested refund for money spent by us for items in the bid with no response or refund. They refused to show us receipts of where money was spent on overages. We are out thousands. A week before the home was to be finished they stopped all communication, no notice widow was in charge.We had to find temporary housing. We will never recommend or return to this place of business.
