I've been a patient for over 8 years; I've had to wait from 5 to to 50 minutes, had the doctor reschedule on me twice (while I was in the waiting room) but today I've had it. I walked in right in time for my appt and had to wait over 5 min for the only receptionist to finish her phone call. She then proceeded to go over all my info, even though nothing had changed since the last appt. Long story short, 20 min later the nurse comes out to tell me that I have to reschedule since I'm 20 min late. What?? You scheduled me 6 weeks out, waste my time for 20 min and now want to reschedule when I took the afternoon off work?? Buy both of the women refused to budge, since the Dr had another appt in 10 min. wow, talk about not respecting your time! What about the 40 min wait I had to sit through my last appt?

Jodi is a very warm and friendly person. She has been our family doctor for a year now and my kids love her. No concern is to small for her to talk to you about, she never makes you feel bad for asking anything! I recommend her to everyone I know
