I purchased a gift certificate for my mother the day before Mother's Day, and lost it the same day. Real Nails refused to cancel the gift certificate and issue a replacement, claiming they have no number associated with it to cancel. This is very disappointing and not how I would expect a business to operate to serve its customers.
