Insurance Co made me see. Charged me on top of insurance not just Co pay but for so called contact fitting fee which is ignorant when wore 30 yrs. Next forced this "new" contact on. called them after wearing 2 days were awful but had to wear 1 week in PAIN. Emergency had to leave state No other contacts no glasses. PAIN from contacts became unbearable so had to take out & clown refuses to provide prescription. So stranded in 5 states away even though in Feb paid between self &insurance Co over 300.00 for prescription that did not get. Worse eye doctor in 50 years.
