worst experience of my life!! / Wanted highlights, but got a almost full bleach job. Bleach on hair for 2 hours...hair breaking off, scalp burned!!
The gal didn't know how to dry my thick hair so she just took some hair product and gooped it on all over my hair. My hair felt like it was coated with heavy glue by the time I left. The only hair flatter she had was a little thin pink flattner that looked very unprofessional. I couldn't wait to get home and wash my hair and fix the bleach job. She was very nice and probably knows the basics, but anything out of the ordinary forget it. Would like a refund for all the money I spent in there, but doubt that will happen. She charged me extra for my thick hair, but yet didn't know how to work with thick hair. Never even finished drying it. The underneath was still very damp.

Katie gives exceptional service and is willing to work with you on appointment times when you are calling at the last minute whenever possible. Her hair color skills are equal or better than any others I have ever used. "Homey" atmosphere is nice and relaxing for the clients. New equipment. Good new ideas and informed on industry's new products. Only change I would request is to have a receptionist at the front desk more often.
