I have all ways gone to the mounds tire shop, for the last 30 years and had alway had good work done. This week my daughter and I took a tire to this latest owners of it. My daughter told them to look at it and tell her what the opions were before fixing it. She told her she has 4 kids and wanted to make sure it would be safe. When we were in tulsa we called another tire shop and got some more info on how it would have to be fixed. When we showed up to get the tire she was informed it was already fixed and it would be $20 she told the lady "you didn't call me" and the lady's response was "I forgot". When we got home and looked at the tire the rim has a big gash and scratch. She called and was told "well you didn't tell me I had to treat it like gold" and that "a lot of things happen in tire shops". When she went back today they cussed at her and threatened to tow her and everything else they would not accept any responsibility and said they had a sign that makes it not their fault. They aslo told her that they would sue her and her old man for every thing they have if they persue it. I have all this on recordings if anyone would like to hear them I would think twice before taking your car there or even a bicycle tire.
