Provided by YPmobileThis bank charges non-members $10 to cash a check written by a member on their M&T check. Didn't bother to inform me of this until I had signed the check. I refused to pay the absurd fee and now have a signed check that anyone could steal until I can get to my bank, M&T is ripping off its own members
