BEWARE! Took a mower for oil change. Paid almost $400 for professional service. About an hour into first mow, engine started to stall. No oil. Brought mower back. They told me an oil line was disconnected! Engine shot. Rodney lost his cool on the phone FAST and started not only accusing me, but putting words in my mouth before I even suggested a solution. Wanted top dollar for a new engine and install...I can do it myself for $700 cheaper. What I'm writing is the truth, unlike what he accused me of. Always felt I was being overcharged for average service there, but true colors finally emerged. Then they charged me $70 to get the shot mower back for labor (which determined they disconnected an oil line). Smug. Rodney was either too busy or faked it in the half hour I waited in his presence for my dead mower back. Would not face me. These folks can't be trusted, as other reviewers have noted. I expect he'll make up more lies to defend this, but I don't need to make up stuff. The truth is bad enough. Always had a pit in my stomach going there, as I always felt I was getting subpar service.
