I purchased my replacement heat pump system from J's 2 years ago with a 2 year maintenance agreement. They have always been prompt in showing up on schedule and taking care of any problems. Most of those problems were due to me not understanding how to operate a system with a single compressor with 2 thermostats and duct work dampeners to heat both floors of a 2 story home as if It is a dual compressor unit. They were always patient with my questions and always got things back on track.

The maintenance visits are much more thorough than others I had in the past where basically the unit was turned on and temperatures checked. 15 minutes and gone. In general J's people are here for an hour minimum.

The only real issue I had was when the unit stopped cooling last summer. Noah, one of their technicians, came and did a complete analysis of the system. He was there for over 2 hours. After a lot of work and running from the outside unit to to indoor unit he found a small leak at a Schroeder valve. He fixed the issue, added Freon, and everything is great again. I have had several homes with Freon systems in the past but have never seen anyone do balancing like Noah did. He made absolutely sure everything was correct before he left. He recently came out to do our winter maintenance and again took his time and did a great job. Based on his being so thorough and the response and help I have had with all the members of J's employees we recently decided to purchase an additional year of maintenance service.

Js HVAC told me that I would see a significant drop in my power bill with my new system. At first I didn't believe it at all. Let me tell you all I now have a 75.00 dollar Powerbill compared to 150.00-200.00 dollar bill previously. Js HVAC delivered for me exceptionally well!!!!! I haven't seen a 75.00 dollar Powerbill in 20+ years!!!! Highly recommend js HVAC unlimited. Also if you dont believe me give me a call and I'll show my previous light Bill's compared to today's Bill's.

Nathan was a very professional home solutions advisor. The install team did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and where respectful. We love our new trane xv20i!
