Will took my computer in for warranty-covered work and about 3 weeks later (after SEVERAL phone calls and visits) told me he would be charging me for a piece of equipment covered by my new-computer warranty! I decided to take the computer else where and pay out of pocket for the service. That should be some indication of how awful my Tech on the Go experience was.
