Very Impressed with the School, Staff and Training.



Personally, I am impressed with the school. As a matter of fact, several individuals I know have graduated from the school and are working in the healthcare field. This school is affordable and w did not have to take out a loan or re-mortgage our house to pay for the training.



Every person, educator and or leader is entitled to their own opinion. That's why we live in a democratic society, If you received training in healthcare and are now working Happy Dancer615 -- consider yourself very bless. Normally I would never leave a bad review but I was so compelled to do so because this program costs quite a bit of money. The teacher there stressed professionalism but does the exact opposite. His teaching style consists of having his students simply read from the book and then study at home. He goes into rants about his vegan lifestyle and how meat and dairy are toxic and that doctor's don't care or know what they're telling you. Normally that would be fine, people have their own opinions but then he went into tirades about how September 11th was a hoax and AIDS was creating by the World Health Organization as a biological weapon. Even after this I let it go and continued to watch. He is extremely religious and makes several religious references during class, all this being very unprofessional, and has made references about me not being a true christian. He has given directly false information to students (5mm by 5mm is 5mm squared and I tried to say that it's really 25 mm squared) and he became very angry and started yelling at me in front of the whole class and said "birds of a feather flock together" and that he needs to watch how he says things because he's a "black man." He's tried to manipulate things around and cancel the class and is now trying to postpone the BLS certification which has already been paid for by myself and the other students. Overall I feel that I am not getting the kind of education I paid for. Please don't misinterpret this either, I have an average in the high 90's in the class and I am not directly angry at the teacher. However, I just think that teaching should be left up to certain people with a passion for it and that personal beliefs should be left out of the classroom in order to remain professional...ESPECIALLY if you're the teacher.
