They moved and I was unable to contact them in the middle of having them do my taxes, for months and they never let their clients know they moved. Then they called me out of the blue almost a year later so I thought I would give them another chance because I liked Toni. Now here again trying to contact them to sort some things out and again no answers. I have called ten times and their office is always closed. Horrible customer service and has now left me hanging twice with tax issues.
