I've worked with a few different agents for section 8 and Szajna is the best at what they do. They are always so busy but will stop and give you as much time as you need. I read some other reviews on here and I don't know where all that mess is coming from! Maybe we're talking about 2 different companies!

I agree with Sally they are terrible. They lie and tell stories about receiving forms that have been sent via email fax or mail they prolong your case. This organization almost had my family homeless with a current active voucher. I have been a client for over 10 years transfered from the Jean Gush Association housing agency and every since the switch over my case has been disorganized-mishandle. Rude!!!!

This is an extremely busy office, that will take the time to explain in detail what it is you need to do. I have always been treated with respect. While standing in the office though, some of the people who come in there and the way they treat those girls is unbelievable. They feel they are "owed" their services! Maybe you should treat the program as a "privilege" and not as "entitlement" you would appreciate it a little more!

have had nothing but positive outcome from them all the way around. Been with the program for 5 years and going into the key holders program. Wish me luck.

As far as a mshda housing agent they're extremely slimy and dishonest. Very obvious that they don't look out for clients even though told mold issues with home your renting.
