Said they had PS4 , failed to say it was refurbished... but was nera xmas we figure we would take the refurbished anyway, they GUARANTEED BY THE 24TH and put next day shipping ( we purchased the 21st) it got here the 26th AFTER Xmas and ruined it for us... They blame others, corporate etc...WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE and be careful when buying new and get pushed a used item!!!! Horrible experience!!!
