I have been shipping parts all over the country from the store for several years. I have shipped the same part from this location all over the country several times. In the past it has always been fast friendly service. The cost to box and ship this part is normally about $175. Yesterday a man that I've never seen before waited on me. He wanted to charge me $477 to ship the exact same part I shipped three months ago for $177.00. He wanted to sell me a much bigger box to ship the same item I shipped before in a smaller box. A female employee that overheard our conversation look it up on the computer and showed him where it was shipped in a smaller box before. She got a box from the bank and put the item in the box and showed him that it fit. The item I fell over what was in the box and bowed the side of the box out. Because it fell over he claimed it did not fit. He insisted that it needed the bigger box for extra cushioning or it would not ship. I took the item to the UPS store in downtown Orlando on East Central this morning and they shipped it for $110. Because of his attitude I will never return to the store. It was crazy for him to try to upsell me an extra $300. Especially when he looked it up and you could tell I was a repeat customer. They have lost me As a customer and I will never go back
