BAD BAD AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. My boyfriend drove and hour to go to this restaurant to celebrate our birthdays, four days apart and our anniversary which was the day we went. First we order an appetizer calamari it was 10.99 , which is MORE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA. It came and it was half an order. They we ordered a bottle of wine 18.00. Then we ordered our dinner and salads, I asked what dressings you have the waitress said after naming four I could go on and on all night. In other words I don't want to say anymore. So here comes the salads, we asked for bread. We were told it comes with the entre as they make the bread at the same time...What have never heard of this before , bread comes with the salads always before the dinner. Anyway ok we said nothing. Here comes the entres and the bread. THE BREAD WAS TWO ROLLS 2" IN DIAMETER. My boyfriend asked for more when we finished this off. We were told IF YOU WANT MORE BREAD IT WILL BE 2.99!@#$%^& wHAT? They charge you 1.99 for each roll that is 2". WE were diqusted and it ruined out night. Oh I wrote to the owner and was told I will answer later as I am traveling . Hum a week later NO response. DO NOT EAT HERE, GO ACROSS THE STREET, LESS MONEY AND THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR BREAD. Ps we had eaten at this rest a year ago,treating our entire family and it was not like this. What has happened?? based on these reviews and our experience they are not long for this world...Next time they will charge for water and butter. We spend 72.00 for two . I guess that is just not enough to deserve extra bread.

As far a veal dishes go (all l've had there) they are all 5 Star!!!. l have driven up to Mt. Dora many week-ends (when l had a hubby to go with me) JUST to have a nice veal dish at the Palm Tree Grille........Judging by the amount of people usually in there...l think the rest of the menu must be pretty good too.
