Seniors beware. This is not a friendly place. I am an old handicapped lady with Lupus. For the first time I decided to do something for me. Having Lupus has many challenges. It has been a very long time since I have been able to do my toenails right. I saved and today decided to let someone do it for me. At first things seemed nice. I must admit I was not use to having someone touch my feet. I apologized to the lady who started I knew my toenails were bad. I could see she was starting to get impatient and told me it would cost $27. Which I did not have a problem with. I just wanted her to do a nice job. She started telling me how she had already spent extra time on them. I told her I would pay her for her time. I just wanted her to do better. She ended up cutting me and then yelling at me to go. She started jamming my sandals on my feet and then grabbed my wallet and keys and then went to grab me. What kind of person does this to anyone. The owner came and offered to fix things but by this time I was in tears and so upset with being treated so abusively. As I was walking out the door people were telling me I should have her arrested for assaulting me. I am not that kind of person. All I wanted was a nice pedicure not an impatient person who was more worried about time than she was in taking care of the customer. For the first time in my life I did not leave a tip.
