We were pretty disappointed with Ronnie's. We had a leak somewhere in our master bath. Our plumber Steve cut open the wall to access the shower pipes on the other side. After no leak was found there, he basically shrugged his shoulders, told us he didn't know where it was coming from and charged us $100. We were left with a hole in the wall and no solution. A few days later, after a 2nd opinion, it turned out that it was a toilet gasket issue. We would have appreciated if the plumber with Ronnie's would have dug a little deeper to help us find the problem and then give us options for a true solution. We certainly did not feel his services were worth the $100 we reluctantly wrote.
