Just ONCE I'd like to get my food and have the order be correct. Tonight I ordered for delivery. All I ordered was Nacho Fries and 3 Supreme Tacos with a diet Pepsi. When my order got here, NOTHING in the bag was what I ordered....NOTHING. I got a bag full of hard and soft regular tacos, 2 orders of cinnamon twists and a large soda (not sure if it was DIET, so I couldn't drink it as I'm diabetic). I was SO hungry that I ate a couple things that were in there and threw everything else in the bag away. They make you jump through hoops and take pictures if you want to report it's incorrect, so I didn't bother. Besides, they'd only give me a coupon or something similar and a chance for them to spit in a new order. So why bother? This completely ruined my dinner and my night. If I could rate their service less than 1 star above, I would. On top of that, the tacos that were in the delivered bag were all soggy and falling apart. We started going to this Taco Bell because the one in Deptford was so bad, but now we're finding out this one is just as bad. Ugh! Why can't people just do their jobs??? And if you try to call them, they just don't answer the phone. We're done with Taco Bell. I'll make my own from now on.
