I would like share a wonderful experience with a local business. This past weekend my septic was backing up into my bath tubs. I must have called about 20 different places here in morrow county and in surrounding areas and ONE company called me back TIDY TIM'S. His trucks were full and he couldn't empty them until Monday, but he walked me through how to check for a potential blockage in the septic tank itself and remove it myself. It worked and THANK GOODNESS for him! My tank was nearly full so I scheduled for him to come out and empty it. Tim came out today. He was running a few minutes late and called to let me know. He was friendly, professional, courteous and thorough. He was patient too..lol. I knew nothing of septic tanks and he took the time to explain to me how my system worked. I give Tidy Tim's two thumbs up.. 5 stars. :)
