I have been going to this practice for about 3 years now and I sit in the waiting room at least 2-3 hours every time I go. I'm never out of there without first spending at least 3-4 hours. I've only seen Smith, and can barely hear him speak. Hes a great Dr but the receptionists are totally incompetent. They need jobs at this practice like I need a hole in the head. They need to be removed from the office. Shannon is the only one who cares about you. I don't recommend this practice to anyone. Unless you've got plenty of time to sit around and wait. Deadbeats at front desk.

poorest excuse for health care professionals. it is clear that most of this staff has no business working in healthcare, or any customer service for that matter. treated horribly by receptionist then admittedly hung up on me. NEVER GO HERE!!

Never go here! My son was to be treated for bronchitis and never got the medicine he needed. I called there three times for the medicine and they just said we will call it in now. So mad!! When we were at the office on that day they were very unprofessional, rude, dirty looking and just plain icky! The doctor told me my son had a condition then turned around and said that she made that up there is no such thing and explained what was going on. In the exam room while i was just looking out the window with my kids there were dead bugs and black spiders right in children s reach! The night of his office visit I called about a medication concern, first i got the operator then the nurse called me back and when i asked about the medicines she told me its better just to call a pharmacist because they know more!!! WTF? My kids will now go to a different doctor and I can't wait.

This is the lowest, in the gutter practice I've ever seen! Very unprofessional staff with bad attitudes, bitchy mannerisms and just all-around low class attitude. Expect to sit for 3a to 4you hours because they are freddy and overbook appointments so they can get as much money as possible! Not to mention this place is more along the lines of a methadone clinic rather than a family practice. I've been in the waiting room and hear half the patients talking about getting their refills of morphine, xanax, or whatever else theyre addicted to. A d these ppl look like the trashy drug type, obviously no signs of pain, but I notice they are quite giddy about being there and can't wait to get out if there with they're "script". Its SO OBVIOUS this is one of them practices you hear of that keep addicts coming back so they can get that $$$$. Disgusting excuse for medical professional. I view them as drug dealers and just plain SCUM!!!! if you have a cold...do not go there. If you are a dope seeker...oh they will love you!!!!!

I've been trying to request a refill for week now. This place is filled w/incompetent employees. Is your job that difficult? Must I show you all how to manage a business? Keep this up and this place will end up in the dump, it already is. Come on people be on your A game!

I had a very bad sore throat went to see them and they tell me it looks to be strep throat...they do a strep test then tell me it want be back for a week... I have NEVER in my life hard of a doctors office sending off for this my kids doctor does it in the office and the results are back less then 30 minutes. I call them back when they tell me it should be back and they tell me that it ain't in yet that they will call the lab then call me back well no one ever called back... therefore I was left with a sore throat that very well could have been strep. They are very unprofessional and out of date I would not recommend anybody to go here they did not even deserve 1 star but I had to put it to leave my review.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. DR SMITH IS MY PRIMARY TO TREAT MY SEVER PROBLEMS. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SICK VISITS I PREFER TO SEE AMY, SHE IS "GREAT" BOTH HER AND DR SMITH TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN AND TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT EVER I AM DEALING WITH. I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. I TAKE MY SON THERE AND MY DAUGHTER GOES THERE AS WELL. DR SMITH TREATED MY MOTHER FOR MORE THAN 15 PLUS PLUS YEARS. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS ASK BOUT MY FAMILY AND ALWAYS REFER TO ME BY MY FIRST NAME. THEY EVEN KNOW MY VOICE WHEN I CALL. SANDI, THE FORMER RECEPTIONIST IS SO VERY AWESOME, BEVERLY IS SUPER SWEET AND CAREING. AND BECKY THE NEW RECEPTIONIST, WELL DONT KNOW HER THAT WELL BUT SHE IS JUST AS WONDERFUL AS THE REST. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS AWESOME AND A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE. SHANNON AND SANDI IN BILLING ARE EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN AND VERY DEAR FRIENDS AS WELL. YES IN THE PAST THE WAITS WERE HORRIBLE BUT THINGS HAVE CHANGED. THE LAST 3 VISITS I'VE HAD, I WAS IN AND OUT IN UNDER 1 HOUR DEPENDING ON THE TREATMENT THAT I RECEIVED THAT DAY. THIS PRACTICE IS WORTH GIVING IT A SECOND CHANCE. I THINK YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE DIFFERENCE YOU'LL SEE. JUST DONT SEE SHERRARD SHE CAN BE A BIT BRUTAL. I NEVER SEE HER AND DONT PLAN TO.. DR. SMITH AND AMY SPANGLER ARE THE BEST AND THEY **DO CARE** AND THEY DO TAKE THE TIME AND IF THEY DON'T KNOW WHATS WRONG THEY WILL SEND YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN FIGURE IT OUT AND THEY STILL DON'T STOP THERE. AMY SPANGLER SENT MY SON TO A SPECIALIST TO CONFERM WHAT SHE THOUGHT WAS THE PROBLEM AND SHE WAS RIGHT. I LOVE MT HOLLY FAMILY PRACTICE AND PLAN TO KEEP GOING THERE TIL I NO LONGER NEED TO BE TREATED ON A REGULAR BASIS.

It is an unprofessional environment, the pa thinks she has a medical degree, or acts as though she does. She has no bedside manner and needs to take a class on how she words her sentences and communicates with patients. for instance...don't use scare tactics as a way of communicating or a know it all attitude because, let's face it, you are not a medical doctor. I have NEVER seen Dr. Smith, even though I have gone there for 3 or so years. I am wondering if he even works there?



After my last trip there, I have decided not to go back.

I have never been to a doctor's office that was so unprofessional! The receptionists were flat out rude. One of them wearing arm fulls of gaudy gold bangles. I waited over 2 hours for my 'appointment' that I scheduled yesterday. Also had to wait almost 45 for the NP once I got into a room, and then she showed no concern for my worries about poor service. I was 3rd in line to check out & finally got tired of the receptionists carrying on a personal conversation & disregarding the customers in front of them. I told them I would never come back & all they did was respond poorly and rude!
