The lady is Angelic & would never intentionally scam anyone

or take you to the cleaners. My jaw dropped when she told me what I owed.. I could not believe the extremely low price...

They lose your garments and they can never tell you when your clothes will be in. But the lady is nice.

The owner lady is super kind and friendly. High quality service and conveniently located. Highly recommended

I will never go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I had (7) skirts altered. Straight skirts that require one straight seam down the back of each skirt. I was told they would be ready 5/1/17 and the cost would be around $25.00 she would not say exact amount. I went to pick up my clothes, they couldn't even find them. She stated it was prom time and she had not gotten to them. Two weeks later, I called and gave her my ticket# she cannot find my clothes again, and continued to stall and make excuses. She finds some of them and I explicitly tell her not to alter them that I will pick them up and take them somewhere else. I go to pick up my clothes, she has altered them against my wishes and then ask that I wait while she does the last one that she couldn't find when she did the others. Charged $70.00 (way over priced). Do you self a favor and don't stop here unless you want to be ripped off. You've been warned. Wish I had read the reviews before I took my clothes there. Assuming the Asian lady that works there is the owner because she is always there; please avoid giving her your business. I gave her my clothes 4 months ago, I called her 2 weeks ago and she said she hadnt started alternating them yet. So today (2 weeks later), I go to pick my clothes up and she still hadnt started working on them. She started asking me to give her another day and I said no. Its been 4 months, you had plenty of time to sew my clothes. We are talking about 6 garments. 1 skirt,4 dresses and a jacket. Horrible service, just dont go.

Great place to do your alterations and cleaning. The lady there is great and she can alter just about anything.

The lady that works up front is very polite. Their prices are wonderful. The one thing that irritates me is that they DO NOT have your clothes ready when they are suppose to. You better call before you go because you may waste a trip there. I have had this happen several times. Maybe it is a language barrier. ???????
