Provided by YP.comHorrible Screens. Bought 9 new Windows with screens . Tom Wells (owner) answer to the cheap loose fit screens was if you don't like it take the screens out and leave them out. Said he would replace them for an additional $25 a piece my husband said how about $20 he said no... We just bought 9 new windows from him. Even recommended someone (before I got my windows) they spent $10,000. He was arrogant, rude, and didn't care to make a customer happy.... Watch out for him. Coupons he does not honor said they were a mistake, but in the same paper the next month... Do NOT buy from him.. Said 3 weeks installation it was 2 months... BEWARE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
