Staff is great. They treated me wonderfully even though breaking the bracelet was my fault.

Horrible, I bought a bracelet from there andit keeps breaking. Jewelry is made cheap. Keeps falling apart

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend bought a gorgeous 1.3ct diamond, the size a surprise to me and what he spent none of my business. A head gentleman there instead tried to sell us a diamond with a large noticeable black spot on it saying "At least you'll know it's yours!" followed by Paula yelling out the size and cost of the diamond my boyfriend had already purchased, against his wishes which he had already made clear that it was a surprise and I didn't know about my diamond yet. We walked out and went elsewhere with our business. This staff is not discreet, polite, professional or someone that you would want to have as part of your engagement/wedding process.
