showtime music is a sorry place to deal with.it is run by a bunch of idiots.it's obvious to see why there aren't many customers in the store.they have no knowledge of music whatsoever.they let you assume things instead of making sure that everyone involved is perfectly clear on the issue at hand.they don't want to deal with you when you have a problem.they like to blame you for not making things clear because they can't follow the english language.they only business they have in mind is taking your money and sending you out the door. if you get upset with them they call you a b----h..the words " the customer is always right" is not in their vocabulary.and it is definitely not with a smile.they need to close down the store and put everybody out of their misery and let the real professionals handle the music business.
