My fiance and I requested an estimate for getting new shingles and felt paper put on our roof. Our roof is only about 1200 sq ft and they tried to charge us $6100 for the thinnest felt paper and shingles that most companies don't even use anymore. We were quoted by another company a few days later for $3000 less for better paper and thicker shingles. Unless you want to throw $3000 out, don't go with Top Of The Line.
