VERY unprofessional! I called to oder my contacts, the girl that answered could not stop laughing. Also, she did not offer me my discount. I had to mention I receive a 15% discount with my Bluecross Blueshield. It's amazing how my benefits can be obtained to pay my copay but when a discount is in order, you know nothing about it.
Really? I only wanted to order 6 months supply, the girl giggled again. She asked if i thought I could handle paying $18.00. What kind of people do you have working there?
I would never recommend this place to anyone!

My husband bought a $250 pair of Versace eye glasses from this store. He also paid extra for the insurance coverage; however, it has recently ran out. He has taken very good care of these glasses, by putting them in the case if he isn't wearing them. Last night we noticed on both sides the coating was pealing off. My husband took them in to see if they could replace, and was told by the rude manager he should have out Pledge on them!!! Really? Who puts a chemical onto their glasses? Never heard of it and never informed of this when we paid this store well over $400 that day. I would never recommend this store to anyone. They are rude, and obviously have no clue what they are doing. Smart people know better than to out a cleaning chemical onto something that sits in their skin!!!

I went to LensCrafters in Mt Juliett, thinking they were one of the best in the business. I can't even remember how many times I had to go because the prescription was not right. I am near sided and they kept giving me trial lenses and I couldn't read the numbers on people's paychecks, that I have to be able to do for my job. I gave them my last prescription from walmart and told them I had no problems with it but they would not give me the same prescription and said I wouldn't be able to see in the distance. I am now stuck wearing my old glasses for the most part or my prescription and reading glasses because after going back and forth for over 2 months, they never got it right
