The service we had from Daniel was great. My wife and I had a rather unpleasant experience at a lower middle Tennessee dealer last weekend. Wholesale Inc. was the polar opposite of that dealership. I never had any trust issues with Daniel and I commend his professionalism. My nine year old son said the dealership reminded him of a luxury hotel. Our credit union sent the wrong figures so we a delay. They bought us lunch. I highly recommend Wholesale Inc. because of their service and inventory.

I previously wrote a great review for this company because I was very pleased with the service and the vehicle we found. I am changing it now to warn consumers about this place. My husband and I purchased a truck from here and learned that the entire bottom (brake lines and several parts) is completely rusted out. I asked them about replacing the vehicle with something safe of the same value, and they have given me the run around for over a month. Buyers beware! We signed an arbitration agreement, so I guess we will be going to arbitration to resolve this.
