Do not use... does not stand behind his work. Dead Sod from day one. Never came out after I called. Said no warranty AFTER I PAID...

I had an appointment for 10:00am on May 23, 2018. 10:15 am Larry called and said he would be there by 11am. Did not show but called and the phone rang one time and he hung up with no message. 1:30 I called the office and they said he would be there in a few minutes. Never showed up and again called phone rang two times I answered the phone and he did not hear me so he says. Spoke with mr dumpy at 5:15 same day and he was so obnoxious and speaking so loudly and kept asking do I or do I not want an estimate. The PROFESSIONAL thing that Larry should have done from the beginning was to say we have emergencies today we have to reschedule your appointment and none of the sarcasm would not have to come from mr dunphy. He is extremely in professional.

OMG!!! I usually do everything (or mostly everything) myself in the yard as I am fussy... The Jim Dunphy's crew arrived barely two hours ago and I am already totally impressed!!!
