Curtis is a guy that will take the time to explain the different types of systems, because there is a difference. I found out the hard way. Those new types of systems do not come close to the rock systems, thats the way to go. He has years of experience and the ability to and knowledge to explain and answer all your questions.

I was really surprised when I called around and got the quotes for the Install. I am from another state and it is considerably more expensive up North. Brocks had the best rate, called back and were very informative through the whole process. The final product was neat, my last install from a different contractor looked like a war had gone on on my lawn. It took me hours to get it leveled down. I would say this was my most favorable experience with a septic contractor, I have had several due to my moving around with my work.

After getting several quotes for my septic system I found Brocks to be the most reliable, returning my call promptly, evaluating my site and permit and gave me a solid competitive quote. I found many other contractors did not return my calls, or even act interested in my job. Curtis explaind how the system worked, why the health department required certain things, and made it easy for me to understand. After the health inspector came out and inspected their work, which the inspector called excellent,the crew leveled out my yard and returned it like they found it, other than the grass gone you couldnt even tell they had been there. They had to make a couple changes while working on the system I was sure would increase the balance, however to my suprise, the bill was exactly as quoted. I would recommend Brocks to anyone whether it a new system or a system replacement like I had.

Brocks has been my Septic Tank Contractor for many years. I currently have many Septic Systems in service. Brocks services my systems every 5 years with a pump out and inspection of the system. Brocks installs all my new systems. They stand behind every job, are always curtious and honest about their availability to perform the job during a certain time frame.
