I don't even believe that this business is open I have called ever since placing the order and have yet to have a returned phone call or delivery when they supposedly close by 12 they also have another name (Anne's) still no answer

Never pay for something until you see the results. I ordered a fall arrangement for my husband's uncle's funeral and ask to have his two sisters names and our name on the arrangement and paid $80.00 for it over the phone. When we attended the wake, I discovered our name wasn't even on the arrangement, just his two sisters names. Moreover flower arrangement was skimpy looking and flowers were made with pink carnations instead of fall flowers I had requested .When I called him about our names weren't even on the arrangement, He just said "I'm sorry, will do better next time. There won't be a next time for this customer. Hope he learns the value of his customer's satisfaction before it's too late!!!!

I have used this florist on many occasions and have always been pleased with their work.

On my wedding day I went to pick up my flowers and instead of the sizes we had agreed on for all the arrangments Thomas had only ordered enough flowers for my bridal bouquet and split it between me, my maid of honor, the flower girl And the 2 mothers coursages! I showed him a picture of how I wanted them all held together with ribbon but they were haphazardly arranged and the ribbon only covered about 2 inches of the stems and it was held on with glue! The picture I showed him had the stems completely covered and held on with pins so it looked nice instead of like a 5 year old put it together. My order wasnt big but I still expected it to be nice. Instead I paid $177 for $30 worth of flowers and for a friend to have to take them all apart and re-do them. She ended up putting all the flowers in my bouquet and going to walmart and buying extra for the others. $177 for just a bridal bouquet with less than 30 tulips and 2 coursages with a total of 4 tulips is Rediculous! None of my family will Ever use him again! So, have a picture of Exactly what you want and Don't pay before you see the results if you use him!
