Just moved here had to get cleaning supplies. Nice cashier however so busy was she talking to a guy co-worker she wrung up some items 2 times and 1 item 3 times.

I have not transportation and could not walk some 20 blocks up to show them

Also

I had 1/2 gal of bleach I was looking for when I got home and it was not there.

Which is why I looked at my receipt

and caught the mistakes.

No bleach.

charged 2 times for one bottle of cleaner and 3 times for a 30 ct. of sos pads.

The new apartment was not that dirty.

And never got the bleach I needed.

They owe me money.

But like I said. I could not get back up there on foot. I am disabled.



Buy I did watch her talk to the boy the whole time she rang up the order.

As a cashier in my working days myself, at the time I thought she was over scanning.

But was not sure.

Would not have caught the mistake till I went looking for the bleach. Sure I paid for it.

Not bagged.



My instincts were right.

Been at stores like this before. No mgr. on site.

No one is watching the floor anyway.

Hard to get help.

Sometimes the people are not nice at all.



Sometimes wonder how they get the job.

Lived here before and know the area well.

Workers need to be on the ball, not talking so much and watch what they are doing and who comes into the store.



Trouble hood and to much "yoko oko" with the workers.

Store might close because of who works for them. Young kids is not good customer service at least not in Mt. Oliver.

Other than than bad management I do like the store we need it up here.



Be it told. Bad management. Get your store together! You can make money.

Look for good help.

Also had a store front on Brownsville Rd. My self about 7 years ago.

And I mean what I say.

Not in this to break even. Your store needs the money. Customer Service is a + !
