Provided by YP.comYesterday was the first time we had been there, we were treated very well. I only wished we lived closer, they would have all of my business. We were there on an emergency case. When no one else would work us in, or bribe me (one clinic) suggested that if I paid $100 they would work my cat in.
Mt. Orab Veterinary Clinic is the best and very clean. The staff is very friendly. Our car broke down in there parking lot, The staff came out several times to check on us, several times before AAA got there,

Provided by YP.comI have been with Doc Norvell for over 40 years and there has never been a more caring vet. When he hired Doc. Mark Hayes, I knew he was top notch too, because Doc Norvell would have it no other way.. Great office girls and all around great vet clinic. Juanita Benton

Provided by YP.comThe girls at the Mt. Orab Vet Clinic are consistantly nice and caring. They always make me feel warm and welcome durring my annual visits and show great concern when my fluffy is sick. The Doctors are top notch in my book. If you have a fluffy that means as much to you as mine does to me.......this is the place to bring them!

Provided by YP.comI love Mt. Orab Vet Clinic. I have been using this vet for at least 8 years. Doc. Norvell had to put one of my dogs down that had been hit by a car. He was very sympathetic and understanding. The girls in the office are great and care very much about all the animals. I have several stray animals that I have taken care of some injured some sick. I can always count on Mt. Orab to help me with these unwanted pets. I can always call up and ask questions if something seems wrong with my animals. I would highly reccomed this vet to anyone. You will find the office is very welcoming and the staff is great. They have walk in hours on Sat. so get there early.

Provided by YP.comIf you want your animal to survive this is not the vet for you. My cat had urinary crystals, they gave him a large dose of antibiotics and catheterized him. However they admittedly did not muzzle him and overnight he chewed the catheter out and died. When they told me of his passing I began to cry hysterically and they said "well what kind of cat was it?" I guess since he wasn't a special breed he wasn't worth their time and effort. This has been several years ago, but I will never forget their awful service.
Iam very sorry you lost your cat.but I have been with Dr.Norvell 10 years now and I have never heard of such a thing.and any one who works with animals know it is not always the best out come I have used The Mt.Orab vet clinic before I worked here and would continue to use them long after.I put alot of time in and care for each pet as if they were my own as does each person that works @ the clinic. We take great pride in what we do.and hope some day you may find the perfect clinic but if you dont we will always have our doors open
