I purchased a used F-150 from them 30 days ago. I noticed that the power steering fluid was leaking and took it in to be serviced at a well known Ford dealer with good ratings in our area. I had purchased the extended warranty for $2500 from Auto Group Leasing (bumper to bumper warranty) so I assumed that the work would be covered. The dealership gave me a list of everything wrong with the car (power steering hoses, transmission lines, transmission air conditioning condenser, both front hub assemblies, front end bushings and ball joints, front manifold, and the rocker arms) and stated that it should not have even been sold in this condition. When I contacted Auto Group Leasing about having to pay for the out of pocket costs for this work they said that the dealership was charging too much and they would not do anything to help us out. So 30 days in and I had to come up with $1800 (including the car rental fees that are supposed to be covered by this warranty) to get the truck in reliable shape. The total cost of the work was about $4600. They are not good about returning phone calls or living up to their promises. There is a missing radio knob on the truck and the salesman had promised me he would replace that. I still have not gotten the knob. In general they seem like a great place with nice people, but as soon as there is an issue they become unprofessional and unreliable. The service manager at the dealership told me that they had called him and harassed him about the cost of the work. I don't believe that is a good way to build a working relationship. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership.
