Great management

I rented a vest, tie, and shirt from Sempliner's. The staff is very professional. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of Tuxedos. I was disappointed to find that i was missing a cuff-link and did not realize it until i was on the other side of the state an on the day i had to wear the tux. however people make mistakes and are only human. and afterall i should have checked before i drove all the way home to make sure everything was right so it was partially my fault. I emailed them and the manager was more than willing to resolve the problem in a professional way. I am very satisfied with my overall experience and will recommend them to friends and family.
